The scholarship will be awarded to any high school, undergraduate or post-graduate student studying the field of health, business, marketing, IT, communications, or any other field. Applicants can choose one of two topics Below for their article submission:
1. Describe what you think is the biggest challenge young people face when trying to eat healthy, and how they can overcome it.
2. Describe your own views on eating healthy (what did you think/know before researching for this article versus after), and why it is important to you.
Articles should be around 500-1,000 words in length. You must be either a high school, undergraduate, or post-graduate student to apply. The winner of this scholarship will receive $1,000 and should be studying the field of health, business, marketing, IT, communications, or any other field to be eligible.

General Terms of Participation:
Topics
Applicants need to research and write a 500-1,000-word article, in English, responding to one of the two topics mentioned above.
Eligibility
Applicants must be enrolled in a high school, undergraduate program, or post-graduate program on the scholarship result date. Students must be studying the field of marketing/business, health, IT, communications, or a related field.
Creativity
Applicants should create an essay that is original, unique, and researched. Make sure you have considered all possible sources before submitting your final draft. Write clearly. Grammar and spelling will be taken into consideration.
How to Submit the Application
All submissions must be sent via email to scholarships@myfilletknife.com as a word.doc or PDF format by October 30. Please use “myfilletknife.com Scholarship Application” as the subject line.
